We offer both local and international shipping.

All local orders within Singapore are shipped via SingPost. For international orders, we ship via DHL, FedEx, or SF Express, depending on the destination and delivery arrangement.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery timelines will vary depending on the destination, courier service, and customs clearance where applicable. Once your order has been dispatched, it will follow the respective courier’s standard delivery schedule.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Items must be:

• returned with original packaging

• accompanied by proof of purchase

• sale, promotional, customised, and marked non-returnable items are not eligible

• items damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling will not be accepted

For brands that come with warranty coverage, we will assist you in reaching out to the respective authorised agent or distributor for support.
