Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should only be sent back after your request has been approved by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges and Store Credit
For eligible returns, we may offer an exchange or store credit.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or unwanted items.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is unavailable, store credit may be offered instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@filtrsupply.com so that we can review the issue and make it right.
Where possible, we will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or store credit. Refunds will only be considered where required by law, or where the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through repair, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or customised items
- Special order items
- Personal care goods
- Food, beverage, or perishable products
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If a refund is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank, card provider, or payment platform to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees, delivery charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
