This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during our regular operating days.
Once your order is placed, we will prepare and pack your items as soon as possible. Order processing time may vary during peak periods, sale periods, public holidays, events, or when there is a high volume of orders.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, you will receive a further notification where applicable.
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate before submitting your order. FILTR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Local Delivery in Singapore
We offer delivery within Singapore.
Delivery fees and available shipping options will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier or delivery partner, FILTR is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or delivery partner.
Store Pickup
Store pickup may be available for selected orders.
If you select store pickup at checkout, please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before heading down to collect it.

Please bring your order confirmation email or proof of purchase when collecting your order.
Orders that are not collected within a reasonable period may be cancelled or refunded at FILTR’s discretion. If you are unable to collect your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@filtrsupply.com.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected locations and products.
Shipping fees, delivery timelines, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may vary depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
FILTR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import procedures, local postal services, or destination country regulations.
Delivery Times
Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only.
We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.
FILTR shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from delivery delays.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed parcel, or refusal to accept delivery, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery fees, return fees, or re-delivery charges.
If the order is cancelled due to failed delivery or non-collection, shipping fees and any related costs may not be refundable.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take care to pack orders properly before dispatch.
If your parcel appears to be damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@filtrsupply.com with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item condition.
For lost parcels, we will assist by checking with the courier or delivery partner. However, FILTR is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the courier or delivery partner.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address, delivery method, items ordered, or order details.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@filtrsupply.com. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Sale Periods and Peak Seasons
During sale periods, launches, pop-ups, festive seasons, or other peak periods, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
