Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Shipping and handling is not refundable, all sales/markdown items are sold as-is and are final purchase and no exchange.

We offer both local and international shipping.

All local orders within Singapore are shipped via SingPost. For international orders, we ship via DHL, FedEx, or SF Express, depending on the destination and delivery arrangement.

Delivery timelines will vary depending on the destination, courier service, and customs clearance where applicable. Once your order has been dispatched, it will follow the respective courier’s standard delivery schedule.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

• accompanied by proof of purchase
